Terms & Conditions

Introduction


These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of the Odoo ERP QuickStart implementation services offered by d-Lyseis. By engaging our services, the client agrees to the terms outlined herein.

This service is designed to streamline business operations, improve efficiency, and provide real-time insights through the implementation of the Odoo ERP system.

Scope of Work


The QuickStart package includes the implementation and configuration of the following Odoo modules:

  • Accounting
  • Sales
  • Inventory

Services included within the scope:

  • Initial system setup and configuration
  • Data import of customers and products
  • Basic workflow configuration
  • End-user training

Any services not explicitly mentioned in this section are considered outside the scope of this package. 

Deliverables


The following deliverables are included:

  • System setup and configuration
  • Import of customers and products
  • Workflow configuration
  • Training session of up to 2 hours
  • Go-live support

Timeline


The total estimated implementation duration is 5 business days, structured as follows:

  • Day 1: Kickoff
  • Day 2–3: Setup
  • Day 4: Testing
  • Day 5: Training and Go-live

Any delay caused by incomplete information, delayed approvals, or lack of client availability may affect the timeline.

Pricing


The QuickStart package is offered under the following pricing structure:

  • One-time setup fee: XCG. 4,000 (exl ob)
  • Monthly support fee: XCG. 195 (excl lob)

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the setup fee must be paid before implementation begins. Monthly support is billed separately and recurring.

Exclusion


The following services are not included in this package and will be quoted separately if requested:

  • Custom development
  • Advanced configurations
  • Third-party integrations
  • Additional data migration
  • Additional training sessions

Client Responsibilities


The client is responsible for:

  • Providing correct and complete data on time
  • Assigning a main contact person for the project
  • Participating in testing and approval
  • Attending the training session

Failure to meet these responsibilities may lead to delays and possible additional charges.

Support


Monthly support covers basic assistance related to the configured QuickStart environment. Requests outside standard support or involving new developments may be quoted separately.

Limited of Liability


d-Lyseis shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the implemented system. The client remains responsible for final data validation and internal operational decisions.  

Acceptance


 By purchasing, approving, or proceeding with the QuickStart package, the client confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
